There is a 'Compatibility' tab in every product area.
When you purchase from us, your payment is processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. Your credit card is accepted also.
Click 'ADD TO CART' on the shop or product pages. You can add as many products in one order as you like. Once you are happy with your selection, click 'VIEW CART' on any page to check out.
After processing, you will receive an email from PayPal along with a transaction number. This number is your proof or purchase, please save and/or print it for future reference.
Next, you will receive an email from root-sounds with your download key. You need this key to access the download area. Because manual processing is involved, please allow up to three business days to receive your download key. We reserve the right to change download keys without notice. If you have trouble accessing the files, just contact us and we will straigthen things out.
If you require an invoice for tax purposes, just drop us an email and we will gladly send you one in pdf format. Please include your contact information so we know who is invoiced.
Yes, if you cannot download the libraries, please contact us and we'll burn one for you. There is a small charge for this service.
Of course you can! Just send us a note and we will re-send your download information. It makes life easier if you still have your PayPal receipt, but if you can't find that, either, that's ok. We can identify you with the email address you used to order. If you changed your email address and don't remember which one you used, things get tricky. We need some sort of proof that you purchased before we can send a replacement. Just contact us and we will try our best to straighten things out.
Don't buy them. We want you to be completely satisfied with our content. That's why we have created some solid demos for you to preview the sounds in the library. Just like you can't return opened CDs and software you buy in a brick and mortar store, we do not give refunds if you decide you don't like the sounds.
